Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Garden Bunker! We strive to ship your order quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
Shipping Days and Times
We ship orders Monday through Friday before 3 PM MST. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. We do our absolute best to ship orders within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on the product page), and often we will ship orders on the same day. However, please note that the estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to delay. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the package once it is in the hands of the carrier. We are happy to assist in any way we can, but please understand that we have the same information our customers receive from the carrier.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation means we have received your order. If you opted to pay with Venmo at checkout, send your Venmo payment to @gardenbunker and include your order number in the comments. The order fulfillment process will begin once payment is verified.
Backorders and Unavailable Products
In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait until the product is available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If/When the item is available to ship, we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.
Shipping Address
We cannot change the shipping address after you place your order! Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
Product-Specific Shipping Policies
Please note that some items may take longer to ship as we build them to order. We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If more than a week passes and you still do not have tracking information for your order, please contact us.
Seeds Shipping Policy
We currently ship with USPS to all 50 states and guarantee delivery via USPS tracking numbers, as this is the only method to provide "proof of delivery." USPS tracking is the only accepted form of delivery confirmation. If you claim you did not receive your package and USPS tracking confirms successful delivery, we will not offer any refund or replacement item. If you do not receive the package and USPS reports delivery is successful, you need to contact your local post office directly. The local postmaster can provide more detailed tracking information to determine where the package was delivered. If you prefer to pay an extra cost for signature upon delivery, contact us at contact@gardenbunker.org.
HLG Equipment Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 50 states and guarantee delivery via tracking numbers.
Live Plants Shipping Policy
We currently offer local delivery to the Western Slope of Colorado. For anyone outside of Western Colorado, please contact us to discuss delivery options for your area. We're happy to explore ways to accommodate.
Order and Delivery Times for Live Plants
Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 3:00 PM MST are available for next-day delivery (between 10 AM - 8 PM MST). Orders placed on Saturdays after 3:00 PM MST are available for delivery the following Monday (between 10 AM - 8 PM MST). On Sundays, delivery is by appointment only.
