This rare variety was saved from near extinction by Frank Morton of Wild Garden Seed, and we are thrilled to continue its legacy. Carmona holds well in the field for an extended period and can be harvested at any stage, from baby leaf to full-sized heads. At maturity, it forms large, dense heads with exceptional texture and flavor.
