This Provence-region heirloom produces thin-walled, wavy fruits with 1–2 inch wide shoulders and a 4–5 inch length. Once ripening begins, you’ll find yourself snacking on them right in the garden! They are also perfect for sautés, roasting, drying, or freezing to enjoy their sweetness year-round.
