Shishito plants are compact but incredibly productive, covered with 2–4” long peppers that keep coming all summer when continuously harvested. Their mild, slightly smoky flavor pairs beautifully with just a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Occasionally, a pepper may surprise you with a bit of heat, making them even more exciting to eat!
